Fees & Insurance
I believe cost shouldn't be a barrier to getting support. Here's what you need to know about fees, insurance, and payment options.
In-Network: PacificSource
I am in-network with PacificSource Health Plans. Your plan and deductible will determine if sessions are fully or partially covered. Not sure what your plan covers? I'm happy to work with you to check your benefits before your first appointment.
All Other Insurance Providers
I offer services as an out-of-network provider and can supply a superbill — a detailed receipt you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and I'm happy to help you look into your out-of-network benefits, so you know what to expect before we get started.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A superbill is a detailed receipt that documents the services you received, including the billing codes your insurance company needs to process a claim. If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill after each session that you can submit directly to your insurer for potential reimbursement. The amount reimbursed depends on your specific plan and out-of-network benefits.
-
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots on my caseload for clients who demonstrate financial need. Sliding scale fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a barrier to beginning therapy, I encourage you to reach out, and we can discuss what options may be available.
-
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. In practice, this typically means within two business days of your appointment, as I run billing after completing session notes. You can set up autopay directly through the client portal for a seamless experience.
-
I accept cash, check, credit, and debit cards. If your HSA or FSA card functions as a debit or credit card, it is also accepted. I also offer a small discount for cash payments made via Zelle due to credit card processing fees. Invoices and superbills are available for all payment types, including cash.

Assessment fees are based on the professional time required across all stages of the evaluation, including the initial intake interview, testing, report writing, and feedback session. Rather than one lump sum, costs are split across two payment points during the process. For a complete breakdown of what's included and how billing works, visit the ADHD Assessment 101 page.
